Question about an Engraver......

........my old mind is not retaining stuff as well as it once did.There was an engraver, I think from the San Frisco area, that's style was small inlaid gold flowers and other motifs on the surface of revolvers.

Have tried searching but guess I have not used any clues that Google bit on.
