Question about my M&P .40 magazine

I just bought a M&P .40 the other day and came across something i thought was kinda odd. When i loaded the magazine (15rd) i notice when i shook it a bit, it would rattle. Unable to find what was the cause, i slowly took out bullet by bullet; and notice about on the 8th one, the rattle would go away. but once i put it back in the magazine it would rattle again. I first thought it was a defective magazine but i tried the same thing with the spare magazine and the same thing would happen. I even tried winchester hollow points and regular .40 FMJ. any suggestion or idea how to fix it? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Hmmm, that is very odd... Mine starts rattling at 11

It's very common. Can be annoying but nothing to worry about.

is this common with all the OEM magazines? I bothers me a lot since I'm going to use this as my carry. Wonder if theres going to be a recall...which i doubt
