Question about the Sub Compact 1911 Pro Series

Thanks a ton I appreciate the trouble you went to...Yes The THUGS have arrived. Western expansion I'm afraid..I some times wonder who is running Columbia i love the City but to much outside influence on Law Enforcement and just maybe not a hard ass chief????Sheriffs don't seem to have the same constraints. I know my wife will only go to Columbia in certain areas and during the day. She was in a store right on downtown Broadway in one of the basement type stores just before it was strong armed. Grandma's don't like that stuff especially those who have been married to cops for 50 years..

George,

You might want to buy a Pro 3" for your wife also! We had another shooting in CoMO this weekend. I carry after dark and observe "situation awareness".

If you want to shoot my Pro before you buy we could arrange some "range time". I think you will buy based on the reviews, although.

Pro Series sub compact

thanks, However I think I have a line on one and will buy...If you hear of one in Columbia at a below 1 grand price let me know....Thanks George PS; Is Target Masters still in business???

I bought mine through Bud' guns and paid $920 plus $25 transfer fee. Target Master's is still in business. They are pretty much high on pricing and usually get suggested retail price on anything they sell. I went to Bass Pro and had them give me a price on the 3" Pro. I believe it was about $1200 plus tax. Bass Pro is pretty competitive here locally if they have it. You can sign up for their credit card which basically knocks the sales tax off.

If you can swing a couple of more bucks find a 945-1 Performance Center pistol....only 300 made....not a catelog item....just got one and it's a great gun!

I have this pistol and it has been great, very reliable. I personally love the factory grips as they provide a very solid grip something which I think is very important on a pistol of this size. I have had zero problems with mine and it digests a variety of ammo manufacturers without a hitch.
