I've been looking for an M&P 15-22 rifle, went into Gallery of Guns and I noticed that there is one (Talo version) which MSRP is $638 but the dealer has it at $489 plus fees and tax, but then again I noticed about a "DEPOSIT: ($159.50)" section and the balance due comes down to $394.74

Question is for those familiar with this site ... which would be my out the door price here if I accept this offer? The $394.74 I hope?

Is that Deposit" the equivalent of a sale that the particular retailer store is offering? Please advise.

Here is the info that I could acquire from the Retailer:

ABCD. CORP MSRP: $638.00

Sale Price: $489.99
Addit'l Fees: $29.95
Tax: $34.30
Sub Total: $554.24
DEPOSIT: ($159.50)
BALANCE DUE: $394.74

$554.24. The deposit is what you pay Gallery of Guns, the balance of $394.74 you pay to your receiving FFL.

J.Galt is correct.
my 2 cent's. i thought about the Talo version but started seeing a couple of post where they are being sent back for the upgrade, and that's what i was trying to avoid. i chose the Moe #811034 because that's the latest out, and just a difference in stock and grip. haven't had a chance to fire it yet, but it did come with the blue spring's, which i think is part of the upgrade? when you click for an instant quote, and that window pop's up, above is a distance of 25, 50 and 100. click another beside's the 25 and you get more selection's of dealer's beside's the 3 that pop up first.
