Question on interchangeability

I have a cylinder and star for a .22 Jet (Model 53), but not the extractor rod, center pin, two springs, extractor rod collar and gas ring. Will these parts be interchangeable for any K-frame revolver? Or do I need to find parts that were specific to a Model 53?

The parts are generic to the K frame models. Look for a center pin, extractor rod, and collar for the M13, M14, M15, M17, M18, M19, M48, M53, M64, M65, M66, and M67.

The gas ring location depends on which -version you are looking at. Some (since the late 1970s) are located on the crane, and the ones before this engineering change on the magnums were located on the cylinder.
