As you may have read in my last post, I purchased my Sigma with ten round mags and later purchased sixteen rounders used. All of these mags are identical except one of the sixteen rounders has an "H" engraved right above the base plate. Left or right side of the mag escapes me at the moment as I am not near my gun. Any body know what this means or why it would be there? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

That's a good question. I have 2 each of the 10, 16 and 17 round magazines. The 16's came with the gun and the 10's were free along with a mail in rebate for $50. The 17's came from a gun show for $25 for the pair and are from the original Sigma series pre-ban. Both of my 16's have the H stamped on them and I think that would probably mean High Capacity and would be visable when carrying them in a magazine pouch where the holes on the back wouldn't be visable. Just my thoughts.
