Question on This 380 Round

I'm thinking 38/200, which I used to have a lot of, but...I don't know.

Head stamp: 380 2Z FN a five pointed star. Red sealer on bullet.

Do a google search on the head stamp.
I came up with a .380 Mark II cartridge (.38 S&W) made by FN, for the Singapore police.
