Question regarding accessories

hey guys I picked up a run of the mill M&P15 sport model a few days ago. Very basic. I have two questions, where do you guys go to get accessories for your rifles, and has anyone tried this: ProMag Picatinnyend Rail AR-15 Rifle & M4 Carbine Aluminum
I have read some people said it didnt fit their bushmaster and other ARs, but i saw nothing on a S&W.

ProMag usually makes junk.

There are a million companies making accessories for ARs. A lot are junk overpriced airsoft accessories

I would go with the AB arms...their washers are bigger and the prices are better.
