Sorry if this sounds stupid. What is that round blue plastic thing that has the S&W emblem on it? Most use it to hold up there revolver for pictures. Is it some sort of lock? Where can i get one. Thanks!!!

I think your referring to a Shooboy prop rod.

The blue ones are a factory prop rod, and are no longer made. You can occasionally fine some at gun shows or on here by "BEGGING".

Mine is a HIGHLY TREASURED item. I won it back in February in a Karma from Steve and Charlene (Ohio Outdoorsman) just before he passed. They show up in the "Accessories/Misc - For Sale or Trade" section of this forum every once in a while.

Nope, this is a Shoorod, and pretty hard to come by nowadays....Shoo (picture borrowed from forum member "novalty", hope he doesn't mind)
