I'd like to know when they were made

model 29-2, 6.5inch, SN: N121757

model 57-1, 4 inch, SN: N942994


also, I have the presentation cases for both & I want to get the original tools that came with them. Does anyone know where I can find the tools?

Probably 1973 and 1986 although you would need letters to confirm when shipped and to whom.

The tools show up on eBay, not inexpensive there though. Gun shows too although these days it might take walking a couple shows to come up with the right pieces. Welcome to the Forum.

Welcome to the FORUM from Michigan! Sounds like you have a couple of nice N frames. They tend to grow in numbers. I have a 29-3, but no .41. Actually never shot 1! Bob

The tools show up quite frequently in the classifieds, you could also post in the WTB section.

The 29-2 most likely shipped in 1974; the 57-1 in 1983. You could post a want to buy ad for the accessories in the wanted section. The correct sight screw driver can be found here and on ebay quite often. The swab, brush, and aluminum cleaning rod less frequently.
