Questions On Pre 18 CM

Would like some input, like year manufactured/shipped, rarity, desirability/collectability. It currently wears a Millet rear sight and Altamont Ropers in Santos Rosewood, but I have the original sight and Diamond Magnas.
I took quite a few photos, if I exceed a 'limit', I'll continue on a second post.

I would estimate 1958 as I have some 38s with close serials that were shipped then. Nice gun.
