Rail on Camo M&P 10 factory handguard

What rail do I need to get for the factory handguard on the camo M&P 10? I tried some rails that a friend had but they would not work, The holes would not line up in order to put the screws in.

I think you will have to swap that out for something that is intentionally rail compatible.
