Had a good session of group therapy yesterday. I shot the CZ 75BD, the 44 raging Bull,XD mod2 45, and last but not least the gen 1 9mm shield.
The shield is usually my summer carry but I have been carrying my CZ PCR. the CZ has been shipped to have some work on it and the shield is taking its place.
I did shoot the shield last and WOW I had forgotten what a very accurate fun gun to shoot the shield is.
I feel very comfortable carrying my gen 1 shield, never found the need or want to upgrade. if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I had a 1.0 Shield (Pc model) and that was a great shooter. More accurate than I would be lol. Only went to an EZ model as the severe arthritis in my thumbs took some of the joy out of handling the Shield. But SW really hit a home run with that line.
