range report 586

Just got home from the range with my "new used" 586. I love it!

Shots were from about 25ft.

Nice 586 and nice shooting. When the weather warms I will take my 686 out to 50 yards.
I have been trying different target .38 loads. I really like American Eagle 130 grain FMJ.

Great sixgun ain't it? I think the L-Frame S&W .357 magnums are the best double-action .357s ever made.

Sixgunhunter, I'll have to try that next time I go to the Range. Those L-frames are definately tack drivers.

semperfi71, I totally agree. I'd like to get a 686 to match the 586, and the possibly a 686 with a 2 1/2 barrel for a ccw.

I bought my first 586 a few months ago.... and that thing is sweet. Yours looks great and nice shootin.
