I've noticed that when I load more than 10 Winchester PDX1 rounds into the mags on my M&P, there is a rattle coming from somewhere inside the body of the magazine. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue? It doesn't do this with other rounds like Speer Gold Dots except when I load 11 rounds in.

Mag Rattle

It will do this with most over the counter rounds because the rounds are basically laying on top of each other touching only on cartridge base where the ejector groove is. The round can flop side to side slightly but will not hurt or comprimise the function at all. Sometimes you can get the rounds to 'set' in the mag by 'slapping' it on a hard surface (light tapping either on side or base to set rounds in mag tube)

My 5906 mags do that no matter what type of ammo I use or how I slap em around. When I have the 5906 15+1, that configuration really gets a few rounds rattling. It's a non-issue.

All of my mags for my M&P 9 rattle when they are loaded to the max. I take one round out and the rattle stops. I still keep it loaded with all 17.

Some mags rattle, some don't. As long as they work, you needn't worry about it.

Mag Rattle

Look thru the inspection holes on side when loaded....you'll see they rounds are'nt staggered in (double stack mag) they are resting all on top of themselves. this causes rattle. Aside from noise, no function issue.
