I have a RCBS Little Dandy Powder Measure that I purchased 2nd hand about 30 years ago. It recently developed a length wise crack at the base of the plastic powder hopper. I had read about the outstanding customer service that RCBS is known for, so I e-mailed them, explaining my problem and that I was not the original owner.

Received an e-mail a short while ago stating that the part had been ordered for me at no charge.

RCBS customer service is a good as I had heard, this proves it.

I've had the same experience. A while back I broke a decapping rod - my fault - I called to buy a replacement, my fault I explained. Bottom line, they sent me one at no charge. They were excellent!

Same experience here. A plastic piece on my priming tool cracked. I called RCBS and had two new ones in the mail four day later at no charge.

I've experienced similar. Didn't matter if I wasn't the original owner or if I broke the pieces myself. I spend my money on their stuff now.

Heck, my brother gave me an RC2 (EDIT: RS2) press, that he inherited from his father-in-law. It was bought back in 1983. When I got it, the handle was missing. I called RCBS to purchase one. Telling them that the press was given to me. They took all of my shipping info, after I asked "how much". Then never answered me. So I asked again...nothing! She said that they stand behind their equipment 100%, regardless of how you came into possession of it...forever.
She even asked me which handle I preferred. Apparently, there were two different styles over the years. I just said which ever was more popular. So she sent me the ball handle, rather than the straight bar handle.

Now, that, is service!!

It is still chugging along perfectly.

Similar experience for me; a couple of years ago the snap ring that holds the shell holders in place on the ram on my 25 year old Rock Chucker broke. They sent me two (one for a spare) within a week, no charge.

Many years ago WIFE'S cat jumped up on my reloading bench and nocked over my 10-10 scales, (ALWAYS hated that cat!) which in turn broke off the small plastic locking pin that secured the 1/10th grain adjustment cylinder. RCBS sent replacement- NO CHARGE.
Later the spring on the primer arm (rockchucker) broke. After 20+ years of service, I WANTED to pay for it. Same story that others are posting-I was told "We are the company that started the "NO B.S. product coverage."
As to what the other companies are offering? No idea, why would anyone take a chance that the others might offer when RBCS is a sure thing!

I lost the expander ball on a set of RCBS dies. They sent a new, updated version with extra decamping pins--at no charge. Yes, I am loyal to RCBS.

Here's one from today. I asked for the part number and price of the cylinder bushing on my uniflow last night. Seems I was changing cylinders a few weeks ago and I had to stop and do something with my son. Well finally went back downstairs and can't find the bushing. So I explain what happened through email to rcbs last night. This morning they said it's in the mail. I thanked them but said that I should pay for it because I lost it, it didn't break. Whoever it was responded "you're welcome and have a great day".

That actually made me feel bad as I should pay for it but that's how it works for them. Go green!
