I have an RCBS bench priming tool, somehow I bent the cup on the small primer arm. I called RCBS to order a new one, the lady on the phone knew exactly what I needed and told me it was under warranty. I told her I had owned it for over 10 years and the damage was totally my fault, she said, no problem I'll send it out today. Those folks have a customer for life.

I have dealt with RCBS in the recent past on two occasions. Each time their well-trained personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that they provided the requested parts at no cost was a very big "plus".

It is nice to see a company stand behind their products and so committed to customer satisfaction, something sorely lacking in the business world today.

I also have had good luck with RCBS. I ended up leaving some powder in my powder measure and it etched the tube. Called up to order a replacement and they covered it and sent a replacement and that was after owning it for over 30 years. CS may be equaled but can't be beat.

A few years ago I called to try and purchase a new plastic powder reservoir for my 35+ year old Little Dandy powder measure. My original one had developed a small crack in it. They would not sell me one, they insisted that they ship me a replacement for free. After using it for 35+ years. Great CS!

I was going to post this except include Lee and Lyman.
They've been taking care of me for 40 years.
When full length sizers from Lyman and RCBS did not make brass small enough for my rifles' chambers rather than advise me to buy a small base resizer both companies said send them the sizer along with brass that had been fired the rifle. both companies mailed back a sizer that was custom cut or selected for my chamber for free. Other than my old 450 press I have not used Dillon much but their service is also exemplary. I have never needed parts or repair on any of my Forester, Hornady, Saeco or Redding tools. Maybe that's the best accolade of all. Reloading companies act like they know they are selling to a small percentage of society and it is likely we will stick with the hobby for decades.

Not to detract from RCBS but the most memorable reloading company employee I've dealt with was at Lyman's booth at an NRA convention in Seattle. She was a very attractive young blonde who knew every detail of all of their bullet molds and which were likely to be most accurate in odd ball almost antique U.S. and foreign guns. What more could a man want?

I've had good experience with them, too. The girl I talked to was very friendly, but seemed to be extremely busy and I wasn't sure she said she would send the part. I was about to give up until it came a couple of weeks later.

The only time I ever had to pay them for any replacement part or warranty item was 5 bucks for a stuck case that was my fault. Excellent service from them!

Same here, nothing but A+ service over the 25 or so years I've owned one of their progressive center fire loaders. I've also tried hard to pay for the part when it's my fault something broke. Kind of feel bad getting the part for free when it's not their fault.

Cut my teeth loading w/ a Lee Loader in .243 Winchester. Very rapidly decided I needed a better set up. Bought a RCBS Reloader Special (ca. 1980). It is still going strong! Simply excellent design. Outstanding customer service. Sincerely. bruce.
