WOW! Now that is a badass! I think he and some of the old time NYC stake out guys were cut from the same cloth.

One sees many such accounts of decent citizens using guns in self defense in the American Rifleman. Few ever make it to the public, reported in a favorable context.

Who knows how many lives and how much property Mr. Thomas has saved? I salute him!

This story was well covered in the very interesting book "The Deadliest Men".His veins are filled with ice water and determination.To quote J.B. Books "a man has to be willing",and without doubt he is.This was also in Handgunner about a year ago.He needs a Presidential Citation-but I'm sure that will have to wait.
