Hey everyone, i recently purchased the NJ compliant version of the 15-22, since then I've added the magpul back up sights and a cheap center point red dot.
The next thing I would like to do would be to add the magpul ms4 sling, I do see that magpul makes a rail attachment but I don't know what to use to attach the rear point. Since I have the NJ version with a pinned stock I cannot remove it to slide in the attachment.
Any recommendations?

There is nothing really to keep you from drilling out the pin, slide on the attachment and re-pin the stock. You can also adjust the stock to your preferred length at the same time.

A better deal is to remove the factory stock and replace it with a MagPul CTR. It has a built-in sling attachment point, and is a much more comfortable stock, especially with the 0.55 or 0.77 extended butt pad.

Been looking into the ctr stock and have to say that I do like it. I'm a little worried about messing something up trying to unpin or pinning it, but shouldn't be that bad

I might be wrong here but would this meet your needs?

Here in the UK, no mag restrictions or stock restrictions (so forgive me if i misread what you actually require)...if only we didn't have to contend with ITAR, we would be truly the land of milk and honey (for 15-22's anyways)

TANGODOWN AR-15/M16 FIXED STOCK SLING SWIVEL MOUNT

That's exactly what I'm looking for, but at that price I think I'm better off buying the ctr stock and trying to figure out how to pin it.

Drill an 1/8" hole opposite the pin and drift it out with a punch - takes about three minutes. Install the new stock, adjust length to suit, drill a new hole just forward of the latch and insert new pin.
