Rebate available

IF you're willing to jump through hoops and hound them like a scorned, ........

I purchased a new Husqvarna ZTR on 7/4/14, delivered 7/6/14. They had a $100 rebate at the time. I entered my rebate online per the instructions on 7/7 (had to wait for delivery and the serial #), got the confirmation screen and printed out the page.

Before I mailed the copies of the receipt, ... required, I went to the website to "view status", got an error. Well at this point I decided to also fill out the rebate form and include it with my "required documents" and popped things in the mail. I checked the online status daily, error, I called a week later, crickets, emailed the following week, crickets, called again the following week, crickets...

Today I called and was told the rebate request was RECEIVED by them on 7/9 but not entered into the system until 8/6. I'm now told my 10-12 week wait for a check begins from the day THEY enter the data (8/6) and I should have filed online

Always hated rebates, always will. The good news is they at least processed the paperwork. Thanks for your time!!!!

Sig also had a rebate offer, 2 Mags and small Sig bag, probably worth about $90.00.

They required the original sticker off the case, ser# and model # info, plus sales receipt.

I made a copy of the stickers, just want to leave the originals on the case.

I'll see how that goes, if they deny me the offer for that reason then they can keep the mags and bag.

I want my stickers.
