Rebate Magazines

Purchased my M & P 40 FS mid-September sent in for my two
15 round mags. Received them within 4-5 weeks. Maybe it's
just the style that dictates the delays.
 
I sent my rebate form in on October 1, and I was surprised it showed up this weekend on the Milano site as received on Oct 8. I did not see an anticipated delivery date though.
 
The milano site says it received my entry on Aug 31....But still no ship date showing yet...should I call S&W CS?
 
Still no shipped date on mine - those 9C's must be really backed up!:(
 
It would be so sweet to go out to the range with 40 rounds in my 4 mags.

An estimated ship date would be nice, at least they indicate they got my rebate form.

I'm an American, I demand instant gratification:rolleyes:

Man I mailed mine on the 4th and still not on the site. :(
I wonder if the FS 9mm mags are among the more popular
 
Sent mine in 9/26 and they just popped up in the system yesterday. Scheduled to be shipped on Monday. I have the .40 Mags.

For my rebate, I opted for the $50, since I got 3 mags with my gun. I don't know if they treat the cash diferently than the mags.
 
Well I mailed it on 10-4 and it popped up on the site today 10-30 and says it was entered on 10-22. Must have shown up on the site as a birthday present to me today. Lol
 
Just got an email from S&W, my mags are in transit with Fedex and they will deliver Saturday.

Now they indicate it will be delivered at the post office that closes at 2:30 PM every day, I get home at 4:15 pm. :( I think my rural post office is going to be closed permanently soon. Maybe I'll see it next week sometime if mom can pick it up for me.

First fedex indicates they dropped it off at Allen Park, MI on 11/6 to be further delivered by mail, now they add an entry that they dropped it off today 11/10 to be further delivered. There is going to be snow covering the range before I get these mags.

Starting my ninth week and still no ship date on the Milano site...I guess M&P 9c mags are very popular...
 
It took almost 2 months for my M&P9 FS mags to arrive. The website still says they haven't shipped. :rolleyes:

I also opted for the $50. Mailed the form on 10/8 and it showed up today as being entered on 10/22. No shipping date is shown yet.
 
Well today I received a package from some company (SmartPost) FedEx uses and USPS delivers. Needless to say the package was opened and both magazines were stolen. I am quite angry to say the least. Any suggestions on what to do? I was going to call S&W on Monday but who knows where they were stolen. I was so excited for 2 new mags

Go to your post office and file a complaint to get your side documented. Damn that stinks! Was the package marked S&W?

No markings on the package to indicate it was two magazines. Someone either felt it and figured it out or knew from the beginning what was in the package. They shipped it in a small bubble envelope. Looks like I'll file a complain with FedEx and USPS. According the USPS the package arrive that way, which means they are blaming FedEx.
 
I called the rebate company [milano?] on Thursday to ask for an ETA.

I mailed the forms on the 22nd of September. On the 23rd of October they popped up on the website as having been processed on the 15th. I called on Thursday to ask about when the ship date would be listed. They told me it would ship 8 weeks after they received the paperwork [i.o.w.: 5 weeks from now?].

Today they arrived in the mail. :confused:

What is even more confusing is that I ordered the mags for the 9compact. I received them. But I also received 2 mags for the 40/357 compact.:confused:

So, now what do I do? I don't own ANY .40S&W, so this might be an excuse to change that. Or a .357sig.

OR I could sell them and buy ammo in 9.

Or should I call S&W and say I received the .40 mags but own a 9? [conveniently neglecting to say I ALSO received mags for the 9c]

I just checked before finalizing this message and RebateInquiryOnline still doesn't show a ship date.

Someone is messing up somewhere.

I called FedEx today and they said I need to deal with the shipper, meaning S&W. Does anyone know is there a special number or just the general 1800 number?
 
Got my shipping email today woohoo! But seriously a week to ship from MA to WI? Are they strapped to the back of a hamster with arthritis? lol

mine arrived on Monday of this week from S&W in MA.

Time to buy another M&P, BUT prices are supposed to be dropping so I'll wait

Noticed yesterday they moved my est delivery to the 16th and they were already in the next town over. Went out to teh mail box today and there they were. 3 days earlier than the est delivery date and about 5 weeks after I mailed it. This was for FS 9mm mags
 
Did anyone else get two of the same tracking numbers ? Weird there was only one package
 
I can't believe it, check the first few Fedex tracking statements. I'm going to have to call S&W this is getting way past ridiculous. The Milano site had a phone number to call but tonight it seems to be missing. I wonder wth is going on.

I called S&W today, had to tell my story to three people but the last one in the chain was running the shipping department.

Gave him my tracking number, he instantly knew who I was, my pistols serial number and the mags I ordered.

Told me they would ship me replacement mags via Fedex 2nd day direct to my door and none of this dropping off at a postal facilty for the last leg stuff. He also said it would likely take a couple days to actually get it shipped assuming they had the mags in stock.

He also gave me his direct phone number so I can call him back if things are not rectified.

Just recieved email with order number and stock status (available). It is so nice to deal with someone in a big company that can actually help. :)
