I didn't think it would be unreasonable to expect some kind of confirmation email. The "thank you" page is just that. There's no kind of confirmation or verification number, so no real documentation. Just seems rather primitive in todays world. And as far as needing or banking on the rebate, it's not about that for me. I paid $475 for my Shield .45, with night sights. Maybe I would have bought it either way. But I expect them to hold up there end of the deal. Kinda like your paycheck at the end of the week. Not based on necessity, but you expect it as it was agreed upon don't you? And as far as ADHD, what's the point in having an inquiry or status webpage if it's completely broke? That just leads one to wonder when it says "sorry, no record." Do you naysayers realize this thread wouldn't even be here if that page worked?

I don't think anyone said they weren't on their way?. It's simply a few opinions that's got the rest of you wound up. Because of a useless and worthless Milano page? What's the point in the page? It says "sorry no info," and the number listed is a waste of time dialing. Call it and then tell me what your opinion is. What's wrong with being curious about a status? I thought this forum would be a pretty cool place. Seems like just a bunch of trolling to me. Maybe this will get me booted. The bottom line is, if Smith & Wesson had their **** together with this rebate program, we'd all be on another thread. Maybe they should take some lessons from Springfield Armory.

Rebate discussion aside, this is one of the least classy posts I have read on this forum, for several reasons.
I submitted my rebate about two weeks after it started and received my check about a week ago. It did say it takes 8/10 weeks.
I think S&W could of found someone to better handle the rebate but your check is probably coming.
The check is one of those perforated thick paper gizmo's that you tear apart. It's not very big and could be confused with junk mail.

Mine was submitted the first week of April. It says there is no record of it. I forgot about it until now. This is very poor, less than sub-par service. I won't be buying another Smith & Wesson product again.

Make sure you're entering ONLY your zip code and last name. I don't recall being asked for a phone number or dealer name when filling out the form and giving too much information will only get you a message saying there is no record.

Mind was submitted in early May and when I checked on the site it said valid rebate request received.

Can someone who has received their rebate check post a picture of what it looks like so I can show my wife & kids what to look for? I'd hate to see them throw it out with the rest of the junk mail.

Two weeks is a long time even for the USPS. I just checked mine again and it now says received May 7 and shipped July 14. It will be interesting to see when it finally arrives.
Mine finally showed up on the Milano site. I wasn't worried about the rebate as I purchased an excellent gun, Shield 45, for a good price. However, the rebate is nice to buy more ammo.

I sent one in for my 45 on June 13 and one for my 9mm on June 27th. S&W sent me an email for the first one on June 22 verifying receipt of my rebate form. I have not received an email for the 9mm. Nothing shows up on the Milano site yet. I decided to call to verify before the 31st deadline.
I chatted with S&W online and they told me I had to call Milano so I called them. They told me the rebates were not in their system to just wait. I asked them what am I supposed to do if I cannot verify before the 31st? She said call S&W as they go to them for verification before Milano gets them. SO I call S&W and explain it to them and the nice lady said to call Milano
I told her I already did that and she said she would call. She comes back and verifies both rebates are in the system
So I guess I am good to go

Cashed mine today (sorry no pics) but envelopes return address was from Milano Promotional Services Cinnamon New Jersey. Hope this helps.
BTW check is weird format and will not mobile deposit, go to your bank to cash or deposit.
Submitted rebate 4/29/17 check arrived yesterday 7/20/17

Same as a couple others in this thread, mine shows shipped on 6/29. Over 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived. I'm beginning to wonder if their 6/29 batch of checks even made it to the post office.

UPDATE : Check arrived today. 5 days short of 3 months, not that bad IMHO. Shoot straight.
