Rebate Timeframe

I live in the $75 rebate zone and I submitted mine in the middle of July. It just finally showed up on the Milano site, about 12 weeks after I submitted. Shows an entry date of 7-31 so I guess it took them almost two months to post.
I wasn't worried about it since I received an e-mail from S&W shortly after submitting that verified it plus I knew how long my previous rebate took. Still nice to know it should be showing up soon.

How did you get through on the toll free number I get nothing but sending me to a voicemail box the has been FULL for multiple weeks now!!

Thats where I am at now too. No email confirmation, my zip and last name do not come up in the registry. Called the number, mailbox is full. (of course)Submitted back 1st week on July.

Makes me wonder how much money S&W makes off of not paying out rebates, in addition to the sales from people who considered the rebate - before purchasing.

Whats that saying? "Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice......". S&W will not get a second chance from me. Too many other options on the market.

Really sorry to hear this, maybe it got lost in Mail etc.. Why don't you resubmit it? Believe they can be sent in till Oct. 31.

Be glad it wasn't the rebate from Springfield Armory. The first time I did the free mags, holster and range bag it took me 11 months to receive them and others over a year but by then I had sold the pistol so I just sold the freebies to people on the forums. LOL

It took 15 weeks but my rebate finally arrived. I had a $200 rebate from Icom arrive the same week. I'm waiting the ammo they purchased to arrive now.

Electronic submission June 27, check received September 22. 12 weeks timeframe. Did not show up on Milano website for at least 8 weeks.

I wrote S&W and complained about the rebate process, and told them there are a lot of people upset with S&W because of the rebate service. She just said how there was way more response than expected. She did tell me this though, about the shooting gear rebate, which is what I'm waiting on.

If you are receiving the BUNDLE package your information will not be accessible via the Milano's website. If you applied online for the bundle you should receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when you will be receiving your bundle. It could take up to 10-12 weeks to receive the bundle package.

My 1st "Bundle Rebate" showed up on Milano after 5 weeks being sent in, my 2nd "Bundle Rebate" showed up on Milano 1 week after my 1st and was mailed in 1 week after the 1st.

So both my Bundles are on Milano now and i am waiting to get the mags/ammo etc.. sent to me, i have not received any e-mails etc.. So S&W is telling false/wrong info to folks!

20 weeks and still waiting

I sent my rebate submission in on July 25. It took 14 weeks before the Milano website said they received it on July 27. Every two weeks, I'd call Milano and they'd say my rebate would be going out in two weeks. This went on for six weeks. Finally, they said they had processed my rebate but now it had to go back to Smith & Wesson for fulfillment. So I started calling them. "Should be going out in a week ... two weeks." It's now been 20 weeks for a rebate that was supposed to take 8 - 10 weeks. I really don't think I'll ever see it.

Keep your eyes open as I'll be giving mine away if I receive it.

What is the highest $ amt. ure willing to pay for some "FOOL" to take the CrapWell mag time wasting loader? $100. seems Fair!

I was "Tempted" to ask to FedEx driver if he wanted a "Free" Crapwell mag loader!

If there would have been an Option to get the Rebate without the Loader i would have done that!

This is getting to be crazier. I received an email from Milano stating they attempted to deliver my package (1 of 2) and they would not attempt a second delivery. My question is how is it my fault they sent it to a town called Haswell instead of Haskell? Not my fault idiots can't read.
The email stated that it is S&W's problem and not their's. So I talked to S&W and of course the same song and dance. I'll forward this to my supervisor. I politely told him that him and his supervisor can take the rebates and well you can guess!!!!

I'm 100% positive I'll never see them and at this point I don't really give a rats a**.

Maybe I should give Glock a chance. At least they don't deal with these idiotic rebates and my LGS gives me the full LE discount.

Well, both of my Shield mag & ammo rebate submissions are now in the 12 - 14 week time frame. I'm sure I'll get them by and by.

My Bodyguard $50 rebate has only been 1 1/2 weeks. I didn't know about that one when I bought it.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying my Shields and the Bodyguard.
