Since every gun is different, there really is no definite answer.
Best advice is to make sure the gun has been used enough to break it in well, then buy a spring kit with several weight springs.
Install the "in between" size and test fire the gun at least 100 rounds with the SAME ammo you intend to use.
If it works, you can try the lighter spring, but don't be surprised by ignition problems.
Note that firing some cheap ammo to verify reliable ignition, then loading up with the ammo you intend to really use may lead to unpleasant surprises of a "click" instead of a "BOOM".
In all cases of any work on the action or springs, don't trust....verify by shooting with the intended ammo.
