Hello everyone.
I was a member here before with a different user name, "nuke" I think, but I changed emails and can't recover my old account. Anyway, back for information on the CSX. I've had mine about a week and so far really like it. I'm in CT so it only came with one 10 rd mag and I am searching for more. I asked a S&W Pro shooter for a lead and they said it was best to pursue with GunMag Warehouse. They have the magazines listed and you can sign up for email notifications. Same with Omaha Outdoors. I saw a post about the 10 rd mags only holding 9 but that is not my experience. While getting the 10th round in the mag and seating it is harder, it's possible in my gun. I also saw the disassemble thread=great info and technical skills=thank you! After 200 rounds, cleaning and much dri-firing, the click of my false reset is gone. The reset travel is the same but there is no audible or feel-able false reset. My trigger is smoothing out nicely but still on the heavy side, but I don't have a trigger gauge. Anyway, the CSX is a good addition to my CS45 and M+P 9. Thanks for having me.
David

Glad you are happy. Mentioned in another thread the April issue of G&A has a review just in case but only mentioned the rather stiff trigger. Love the +P ammo the best in it. Looked pretty accurate according to their tests for pistol ranges. Nice to see some metal again!

Agree completely on metal guns!

Yeah glad I jumped on the CS-9 back in 99. This one looks close but S/A. Never had one but love the size for portability. Price of the new CX kinda surprised me. Thought they would be more like $750 for metal.
