Hey guys, been browsing the forums quite a bit but never have the need to post much since I can search most everything I want to know, but I would like some imput.

Upon buying my 15-22 I went to Cabela's and bought a cheapy Red Dot by BSA. I've been plinking around and want to experiment with some longer range targets, so I saw that Primary Arms had a deal on the 3x Magnifier with the flip-out mount, so I purchased that, but my Red Dot is not leveled off..

Is there a kit or another cheap red dot that would offer me a solution? Thanks guys.

Go back through PA and get the micro dot on the American Defense mount. I have an Aimpoint Micro T-1 on a Larue mount on my 5.56 AR, and I can't honestly say I like it any better than the Primary Arms one I have on my 15-22.

Agreed on the Primary Arms Micro. If you can find one, jump on it. Or, PA should be getting their next shipment in late this month. Lot's of people are waiting patiently for these be available. I've been waiting for about 6 months. Hopefully the wait is almost over.

The PA magnifier also lines up well with any other dot that is set up for cowitness. So, you can also get the PA 30mm or multi rectal which is what they commonly bundle with or the Vortex dots also listed on their site. They just had a steal of a deal with the Vortex and Magnifier combo.

Sounds like the "multi rectal" could be a pain in the you-know-what. Good tip on the PA micro, though.

^^Prison terminology?^^

The removable base models are worth waiting for. There's a ton of mounting options to get you the perfect height for lining up with the magnifier. The ADM mount is what I use with mine too.
