After knocking over my Model 2 Redding balance beam scale it was clearly damaged as the weights were very far off. I sent it to Redding just before Christmas and it arrived there the day before Christmas. I told them what happened and I did not expect it to be covered by warranty. I received it back today, repaired and with no charge for the work.

Not only did they repair it for free, they apparently didn't let the holidays slow them down. Pretty amazing service in my view.

That's definitely something that we aren't....

That's definitely something that we aren't used to. Classy business still exist. I think that they realize that they can keep customers by not pissing them off, especially gun owners:D.

I split a 7.5 Swiss sizing die trying to convert .284 brass and they replaced it no charge and as you said with all speed . They are top notch folks in my opinion.

After Titegroup ruined my powder reservoir I bought a replacement for my Redding 10X from Midway, but it was a bit too small. Emailed Redding, they sent me one right away, no charge, no questions, 100% USA made.

Yeah, pretty amazing seeing as Redding's Customer Service still hasn't responded to an e-mail inquiry that I sent them in mind-December.

I can afford to pay extra to buy 100% USA made products and I am willing to do so where there is value in doing so, but there's no reason to buy their products if Redding, like Lyman, won't even respond to e-mails or letters sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

Owning a T-7 I contacted Redding twice, once about replacing turret heads and again with a problem with their on the press priming set up. Both times problem solved quickly.

I have had nothing but great experience with both Redding and RCBS. They are companies run by gun people for gun people.
