No, nothing affordable for that quality.
A friend of mine used to refinish fine shotguns and used to do professional bluing until the state made the regulations too severe. He still does some work but nothing like he used to. He showed me a piece he applied the Ceratoke to. I would not be happy with it, in fact if it was a 1911 I would rather have a nice Parkerized finish rather than baked on paint. Believe it or not many of the Chinese tools that flooded the market back in the 70's were galvanized. I have a dent/seal puller I paid less than $100 for back in the 70's that would have cost me nearly twice that from Craftsman and it came in a nice red metal box, I have used that thing since the 70's on dozens of projects and have never had so much as a lick of trouble with it and it still looks great, I do take care of my tools.
That is just polished bluing. The only finish that will give you that look is just that - high polished steel followed by hot caustic bluing.
There are certain PVD finishes that will give you the same gloss, but not the same color. The closest PVD finish I've seen to conventional bluing to date is a brilliant bright blue rather than blue-black. You can get glossy black and various shades of glossy gray in PVD type finishes, but none look like conventional gun blue. Some vendors can get a somewhat glossy finish with DLC, but not quite to the level of a polished blue finish, and DLC coatings are black or dark gray.
