Registered Magnum Project, Finished.

I found the before pics on my phone; I'll try to post them later.

I have a few really nifty floral rigs for it - a Threepersons from Barranti and a couple of Sloan patterns, one from Barranti and one from SD Myres - and come to think of it, one from Oliver? The Ft Worth cop who also did leather? Don't have it here in front of me, and can't recall his name for certain.

If looking for more leather, our own Wyatt Burp is top notch.

That was Oliver Ball, he and his family lived a couple of houses down from mine on Hamilton Drive in Fort Worth...That was in the fifties...A heckuva nice guy who gave me one of his holsters long before I was able to buy my first gun...I remember it being sized for a Colt Detective Special...I think I used it for one of my squirt guns...

His son, whose first name escapes me, taught me how to stay upright and balance on my first bicycle, a 26" Schwinn that was way too big for me...I believe he later became a Secret Service agent...

I wonder where that holster is now?......Ben

So how does it shoot? I'm betting pretty well.

I too would like to see the before pics if you get a chance to post them.

Pretty stunning results regardless.

Thanks for sharing it.

Very nice, congrats on a beautiful gun! I love the idea of engraving an old beat up gun like that. I would have never thought of it...but just perfectly done, in my opinion.
