reloading 50 cal s&w 500 with alliant 300-mp

powder is hard to find where I live. I have a bottle of 300mp and cannot find a load for Hornaday ftx 325gr or 500 gr. Any help would be appreciated regarding powder load for them. Also, other than the loads in the hornady handbook for other powders by any manufacturer not listed would be appreciated.
