Remember that auction for a single round of ammo?

I was thinking of advertising "40# of primers--ANIB....used only once--as is"....

Wonder what the street value of such a large cache of ammo would be...........

Four different bidder5s, only one of whom is NR with no completed auctions, have pushed it up to $1,525. I assume the bidders are serious and I will ship the cartridge to the winner upon receipt of payment. If payment is refused I will file a non-payment complaint with gun Broker for refund of fee.

Somebody emailed me and said this auction was being discussed on Twitter. What's Twitter?

Twitter is kind of like a mobile phone version of Facebook. You update your friends on what you are doing via "tweets". You can also upload cell phone pix.

Saxonpig,
Congratulations on your auction.
Unbelievable, outrageous and hilarious.

A web site for Twits.

Actually, it can be useful. I use it to let my agents and customers know where I have available capacity. I don't tell them that I just ate chicken for dinner with a Glock 23.

The chicken had a Glock because he wasn't smart enough to buy a Ruger.

I sold the Glock, because "to the victor go the spoils", and there isn't much that smells more spoiled than a Glock.

A couple of bidders have run it up to over $15,000. I can't just laugh it off because the selling fee is $500 at this point. Either the bidders intend to buy the item or I will have to file a non-payment complaint to be refunded the fee.

SP,

How's it feel to be rich!

You better do something pretty soon. I think you owe GB over three million in seller fees (that'll put a dent in you walking around money).

Capital gains taxes won't be pretty either.

Looking at the current growth rate of this auction, I think the honorable Dr. Pig will be able to eliminate the entire National debt in the next few weeks. Hopefully the winning bidder, or consortium, will be able to produce the funds for payment in short order.

The two boxes of 380 I found in the safe a few days ago are now worth MUCH more than there weight in gold.

I just looked at high bid:

Current Bid $134,594,115.90 No Reserve! Started at $1,250.00
Quantity 1 # of bids 22
Time left 11 Days, 11 Hours +

Can you say RETIREMENT, IN HIGH FASHION?

Just home GB does not hold you to the sellers fee. Current final value fees are going to run about $1.675 MILLION.

Yes, it would appear that the good and decent Dr Pig is about to become rich beyond his wildest dreams!!

Geez, it is now up to 22 bids and $134,594,115.90. What is going on with this. Are these folks that stupid?

Of course primers are also going for big bucks but nothing like this.
