I want to get my barrel re-parkerized after I buggered up the finish trying to get my flash suppressor off (and buggered up even more trying to touch it up with cold bluing). I'd like to remove the barrel extension before sending it to him since that part doesn't look like it was parkerized.

How hard is it to do? It looks like 2 roll pins holding it in. Anything to look out for (ejector tuning?).

Anyone done this have any words of wisdom for me? :D

The barrel is just blued, not parkerized. Just take it to a gunsmith and have them refinish the barrel with some sandpaper to get the original grooves back, or sand it to a finer finish, or sand blast it, then re-blue it.

I prefer Gold Webbing! Here's a Ruger Charger stock, metallic green w/gold webbing and clear coat!

Actually i would not spend the money, i'd just hit it with krylon and be happy, happy, happy.
