I agree, but Johnson's Paste Wax has been around a long time, has a good track record for use on firearms, and is easier to find in your local hardware, construction supply, or general merchandise store.Ren wax is not that expensive to buy . There is no reason at all to look for a cheaper alternative that might work.
Has anyone tried TreWax instead of RenWax? I've got TreWax, suppose to be the best with reference to gunstocks. Wondering if it's comparable?
