Replacement hinges & latches for the original S&W Wood Presentation Boxes

Hello, I have just joined the S&W Forum as a new member. This forum was recommended to me by a S&W employee who stated that a wealth of information was available on this forum. I am seeking to obtain hinges and latches to the original Smith & Wesson Wood Presentation Boxes manufactured back in the 1960's and 1970's. I have the original revolvers that came with these original wood boxes and want to replace the hinges/latches that have deteriorated over the decades. The box interiors are in respectable shape, but I just need to find where I can obtain the original hinges and latches for these boxes? I asked S&W, including Roy Jinks, who could not recall where they obtained these hardware items back in the 60's and 70's. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Forum member "jcelect" does re-lining of boxes, and MAY have hinges also. Try contacting him, hth.
