Requesting an S&W Letter

I've been wanting a K-22 in good condition and, being from California, they're not easy to find. Well, I finally saw one in great condition and just picked it up after the 10 day waiting period.

I'd like to get a letter for it. Can someone please tell me the cost and procedure? Is there a form to fill out?

From what I understand they're not accepting any requests for letters until Jan 01, 2009. You can see what is required here:

Thnaks to Ladder13 and Hoot for their replies.

I just called S&W and they are accepting letter requests once again. The service fee was increased to $50.00, but at least they are back in business.

Roy is still working from a backlog, so you may want to wait until after the first of the year to request one.
