REVISED POST: You can only take one on the ark

Hello, nice post! I would hesitate for so long that I would end up leaving with nothing. Otherwise I am still hesitating between a good rustic crossbow or a Schmid Rubin K31... I would take the K31.

Slingshot. With all the rabbits on board I doubt I would run out of ammo. Deer droppings for larger animals.
I could burn buffalo chips to use for fuel for my weekly bar-b-q. I hear unicorn meat is pretty tender. Rabbit meat will be plentiful, I’m sure, also.

You can only take one on the ark w/ 12 rounds of ammunition? I'll take my beloved Springfield Armory M-1 Garand (5.9 Million) produced in 1956 and rebuilt at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) in 1966. I would carry some nice M-2 AP (Armor Piercing) w/ four in the rifle in a short enbloc clip and the other eight in a standard clip. Why? Well, guess there would be very little on that ark that M-2 AP could not calm down. And for the times of boredom, etc., I could spread a blanket and enjoy taking it apart and then putting it back together! Sincerely. bruce.

I guess I'm kinda old school. I would go with my 1949 (Birth Year), 4", Heavy Duty with 12 rounds of 158 GR. SWCHP Buffalo Bore Heavy Duty rounds.
Plus, it took me a really long time to find that particular gun!

Mary Ann......We will miss her.
PS. What an uncanny resemblance!

I have always been a Mary Ann guy. The opportunity arose to meet Dawn while she was on her book tour and I could not pass that up. Her assistant couldn't figure out how to work my camera on the phone so I was "forced" to sit there with my arm around her for about 5 minutes. One of my most memorable moments. She was a lovely person and is sorely missed.

Ginger guy here. I saw Tina Louise after she was divorced (1975 or so) and she is tall and gorgeous. But unfortunately I was not single at the time.
