I was given this Shado N4 holster after someone had cut off the retaining strap. It fit my M29 well but I don't carry the M29 anymore, I now carry a 3 3/4" .44 Mag Ruger Super Blackhawk.
I was able to push the Ruger into the holster using considerable pressure but it was very difficult to remove the gun even using both hands.
EDUCATION CONTENT ALERT!
I sprayed the inside of the holster with rubbing alcohol and inserted the Ruger (after I had put three zip lock plastic bags over the entire gun).
The next day the holster was a perfect fit to the Ruger (plastic bags removed). The gun comes out easy with one hand yet it does not fall out of the holster even if I hold the rig upside down.
