In light of news reports that RI legislators are trying to strip us of our second amendment rights with bill HR 5573 and tax us $100 ea for our guns I urge all of you who believe in America to contact your legislators, NOW. Tell them you've had enough of this nanny state form of government!! We are losing our rights bit by bit and it's time we put an end to this. If you value your Constitutional Rights and believe, as I do, they are part of what makes America great you need to take action and contact your legislators!!

God Bless America!!!

there is a rally in Providence on Thursday afternoon. Attend if you can.
I cannot believe this garbage is going on with all that's wrong with this country right now. They are driving us off a cliff then throw in this **** on top of that!!!!

Obviously all firearms should be shipped to the Garden State in a green foliage color scheme.

That should solve the problem.

No need to thank me. I'm here all week. Tip your waitresses, and try the veal.

So what exactly is the reason for taxing every gun $100? Will that prevent criminals from obtaining guns because the drug money is so bad or does the state just wants to make money?

Since their seems to be a contest to see who can introduce the most asinine and unconstitutional legislation possible, maybe its time to suggest to your representative that a poll tax legislation should be introduced.

Maybe it would shake them up enough to realize what they are doing - or maybe I am giving them too much credit.
