My LGS has one of these for sale. Any thoughts as to value and desirability? I'm not into NASCAR just Smiths at the right price.
There's one on Armslist but that's not the one I'm looking at.

I remember seeing one at OGCA for a very long time. Commemeratives can be a tough sell....just depends on the price.

You should only buy commemoratives that you like -
Do not buy expecting a quick resell for profit.

Want an inexpensive Winchester to shoot, but a commemorative, they mostly go for cheap. I think most are little cheesy but that's why they make chocolate and vanilla.

If you're a "King" Richard Petty, MOPAR, & NASCAR fan it'd be perfect for you. If you're not, then maybe not. But if you're a 45 Colt fan, irregardless, then BINGO!

I bought my 25-13 Rocky Mountain Ram commemorative not because I like the Rocky Mountains, Rams, or pinto revolvers, but because I WANTED a S&W 45 Colt revolver & it's price/condition were right.

Get it if it's right for you.
