Rifle Case: For M&P 15/22..

Mine got all "snuggled in" last night...

I'm using a blackhawk sportster. Tight fitting case big enough to fit the gun with the stock fully extended.

I drive a Z so the trunk space is virtually non existent so one of the larger cases was out of the question.

There's room for 5 mags. On the opposite side there is a pouch, it is not large enough to fit any eyes and ears in it though.

I purchased this case at Dick's sporting goods for $35.

I also found this picture of a pizza on the hosting site of my pictures, it has nothing to do with rifle cases but here it is anyway.

I love pizza. Especially with burgers on it.

As far as cases, I've already outgrown my Flambeau that was fine when my 15-22 was bare. Now, I have a bipod, Magpul AFG, LED light on the side and will soon receive my optics.

So, I'm looking for a soft case with some room. Something a little wider than above since my light is side mounted. I found this in an old post. Anyone have any experience with it? LA Police Gear 36".

^^ That would have been my 2nd choice. Their photos dont really show but it seems as though there are only two mag holders / straps. Looked good for the price though.

I've bought gear from them on & off for several years. No complaints.

I got mine regular price at walmart $40.00 last friday its still available at some stores.

I stand corrected, and Thats fine. When I ordered this along w all other Digital camo stuff it Specified ACU, because the rest of UCP stuff seems To have more browns involved. Army Combat is the Grayer more Foliage green one top left charted. Thank you for the enlightenment tho.

And thank you for your Service, much Respect.

Just take the couch with you and no one will see you....lol

I got a pretty nice Bulldog case in OD green. It has an external zipper pocket and four mag slots. Works great for me and was only $35.

I got 3 of the Bulldog cases, one OD and two Black. Prices have ranged from 29 bucks to 35 bucks, depends on where I find them. I like them, seems like mine are the 42 or so " models which is almost a must if you use a vertical grip/bipod and a scope.

A few mods and it fits very nicely

Most power tools come with a case. So you'll put your power drill in a case before your weapon? :D

Plus it helps getting it from point A to B.

Thread was very helpful, ive been looking for a case.

man, I really like that 40.00 hard case from Walmart, I went to 3 today and nothing, I guess here in SoFla is all about fishing rods and bait :(

does anyone wants to get me one and I ll paypal you the money and shipping!

Midway has a sell now on there branded soft cases. I love the one I got.

I got mine from Optics Planet for $25.99:). It is a "Bulldog"
35" Extreme Blk. Tactical Case. This case has the following features;
* Heavy Duty water resistant outer shell (It Floats! :D)
* Heat resistant inner lining (won't stick to barrels)
* Extra thick 25mm padding
* Extra large zippered accessory pocket
* Extra magazine pouches w/Velcro flaps (4)
* Heavy Duty oversized zippers
* Adjustable shoulder strap
I luv this case, with a little ingenuity you can load up most everything you need for a trip to the range :D.

I recommend a tactical rifle/shotgun case by Boyt. They are about 40" long and 16" wide, made of heavy nylon fabric with a heavy zipper with double pulls. The case is stiff enough to hold its shape, despite irregular contents, but not unnecessarily heavy and bulky like a hard case. I have several Boyt products for firearms and travel, and the quality of construction is very good. At least one suitcase has survived dozens of international trips. Pricey, but worth the money. I got mine from Midway USA.

Picked up a double hard case at academy sports for $50. Ill post pics soon

I picked up a Midway, because I loved the range bag that I got from them. On sale this week for $19.

Started with one of these for my Rem 597, but it was kind of long:
http://www.midwayusa.com/product/939239907/midwayusa-tactical-rifle-gun-case-with-6-pockets

Then I got one of these to carry more stuff:
http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/drago-gear-single-rifle-tactical-case-black.aspx?a=862764

Then I found one of the Blackhawk Sporter bags at Dick's and it was a perfect fit for my PC competition 15-22. Then the second one became the bag for my 3-gun AR-15 and the first came back to be used for my 597 VTR tactical precision rimfire rifle. so now everyone is happy.
