Has anyone come up with a way to place a sling mount on the right side of the FPC stock. I don't care for the QD placement built into the stock, it allows the carbine to roll over when slung cross body. It appears there is plenty of space above the magazines and the plastic appears sufficiently strong. Just not sure if it would be best to try to place a QD cup there or maybe some other type of sling mounting point. Appreciate any ideas.

FPC forend qd mount solution.

The solution for right handers is the picatinny qd mount that hangs over the left side of the forend and doesn’t interfere with folding properly. It doesn’t teeter totter. Works great. Have fun and be safe. Here’s a very short video I created because so many are battling this issue. https://youtu.be/joZAJeuVH88?si=0BIrrE9Y6yUUG1XB

Rear QD sling accidentally engaging mag storage release lever solved

I just heated up a punch close to the diameter of a screw I had handy. Melted thru the butt end of the butt stock in the bottom left waffle opening, used a nut I had from a cheap wannabe mlok set that matched the screw diameter. I basically trapped the Magpul ring of the QD male adapter, now the QD ring won’t swing towards the mag storage release lever. Viola! I don’t feel the end of the screw on my shoulder at all. No need to countersink.
