I love it ....another ignominious defeat for Jerry Jones. Why on earth did he decide Kitna was the right backup? Was he cheap? Who will JJ blame this time? He surrounds himself with yes men and sycophants cuz he can't stand quality people like Johnson to get any credit.

Now that Steinbrenner is gone JJ is the biggest jerk out there.

It was definately a Black Day when Jerry Jones bought the Dallas Cowboys.

I agree with the sentiments posted but I do feel sorry for the fans-they don't deserve this. I do concurr that with the passing of "The Boss" that Jerry Jones has become the alpha circular muscle of the sports world.

When Jerry Jones bought the Cowboys franchise and summarily dismissed Tom Landry, Jones' character (or lack thereof) showed. While he may have been past his prime, Mr. Landry was a true gentleman, a sports legend, and he deserved a far more dignified end to his career.

The one and only problem with the Cowboys is Jerry Jones...his monumental ego and internal/eternal meddling undermines his coaching staff, and no decent coach will work for him. He stands between the team and success, and the primary change that needs to be made is not the coach, but a change of ownership.

A few more that a friend from Dallas sent to me. The natives in Dallas are restless.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is cracking down on speeders heading into Dallas . For the first offense, they give you 2 Dallas Cowboy tickets. If you get stopped a second time, they make you use them.

Jerry Jones was good for my football watching habit. He was the reason I continued to not watch them after the 1982 Strike first got me out of the habit.

I don't miss football.
