RIP Jack Klugman

I saw on the news that Jack Klugman passed away today at the age of 90. I was never a fan of The Odd Couple but I really liked his episodes of The Twilight Zone especially when he was opposite Jonathon Winters playing for his soul in a game of billiards.

Quincy was one of the first CSI type shows 30 years before the rest of them.

We lose another of that generation. Klugman was never an "A" list actor, but he did know how to entertain, and early TV would not have been what it was without him. The only show I think he WASN"T on was Star Trek.....

I didn't watch the Odd Couple that much, but, I did enjoy Quincy. RIP Mr. Klugman.

First I heard of this. I remember watching Quincy on a regular basis as a kid back in the seventies and early eighties. Rest In Peace Mr. Klugman.

Jack Klugman was one of those actors who always delivered the goods. For a long time it seemed as if he was in every fourth TV show or movie. I'm sorry he's gone, but I'm sure glad he was here.

Quincy: what a hoot! I loved that show.

Jack, if you can hear me, thanks for the performances.

He was one of the jurors in the original "12 Angry Men" , along with Henry Fonda, Lee J. Cobb and E. G. Marshall. He held his own with some fine actors. Sad Christmas for the family...

Blasphemy!!!!!!!! One of the greastest comedies ever....part of what got me into sitcom writing...along with The Honeymooners...

Man, as a kid in the 70's I was a total night owl. I got my hide tanned more than once for staying up late to watch Quincy, Barnaby Jones, and Johnny Carson.
Mom and dad finally gave up when I was around 10.
I loved those 3 shows; Quincy was great because as a kid I was always trying to follow what he was thinking, why he was investigating. A very good show for me.
RIP Mr. Klugman, from one of your biggest little fans!!
