Last summer, I picked up a blued GP100 and started to get the Ruger wheelgun bug.

Found this 10 shot .22 and knew it had a new home.

Not only the tagline "built like a tank" applies, but I am also finding the overall quality, fit and finish of these revolvers is top-notch.

The fun part is going to be putting a few hundred rounds in this and comparing it to my 4" 617.

I had one for a short time when they were brand new to market and I found the double action to be not good unless/until I compared the double action to my S&W 17-6 and then I officially downgraded it to horrendous. Better DA trigger stroke than my H&R top break, but not much else.

I'm sure it would have been fixable but it got moved along.
