Ruger Gunsmith

I need help here! Does anyone know of a GOOD Ruger Gunsmith in the Northeast PA area, more specifically in the Scranton Wilkes Barre area? I just can't seem to find one, I'm starting to doubt they even exist here.

I have a Mark II that was worked on by Clark Custom and I would rather not have to send it back to Louisiana if I don't have to.
