with those fixed sights , very short barrel and short grip the trick is going to be to find a load that shoots Point of Aim = Point of Impact at 20yds .
I learned quite a bit about the J frame " airweight " S&W's and the ruger LCR shooting 38+P ammo . Don't just try to hit a 12" steel plate . zero in on a bullseye target to determine what ammo gives best accuracy .

Ive owned the Ruger LCR 357mag (Hammerless) for 5 years...I carry it every day as a bug.

I wouldnt sell it for anything, perfect little pocket gun.
