Rusty Lally columns?

The house is 58 years old and has always had a dry basement, yet the columns are rusting from the inside out and occasionally produce beads of water through the rusty zones (as shown in the photos)
I suppose it's time to talk to someone about replacing them, but is there a footing or other problem going on whereby water is being drawn up them?
Thanks for your opinions.

Moisture is probably wicking up through the concrete. When replacing them, make sure there’s an impervious barrier between the concrete and the metal.
