Is S&W currently making any semiauto pistols in 10mm ? If not, is Glock the only one currently making semiautos in 10mm ?

No they aren't , they are only selling the model 610 revolver which is chambered in 10MM , besides Glock several other companies sell 10MM , namely EAA in their Witness line (comes in both polymer and metal frame versions) , also Dan Wesson sells a 1911 variant in 10MM called the Razorback (I KNOW Gunfan will chime in this thread soon !)

Kimber still is and Colt will be making the Delta again.

It gets even better than that. Vltor Weapon Systems is about to re-introduce the Bren Ten. Called the "Fortis Project", it's scheduled to roll out soon. Things like this usually run over schedule, but it's beginning to look like this is going to happen

First and foremost, the Fortis Pistol is neither a concept nor a "market study"; we are moving forward with the Fortis.
