I was fortunate enough to find another one of these at an auction. Here are a few pictures of a pair of nickel 13-3's with 3 inch barrels.

Very nice. Thanks now I am on the look out for one.

Beauties. I'm lucky enough to have a Model 13-3 with a 3.0 inch barrel, but it's blued. It was my grail gun for many, many years. Yours in nickel, well that's sauce for the goose. Congratulations.

Regards,

Dave

I'm usually very against nickel guns, but for these beauties I may make an exception.

I have both blue & nickel in 3". Acquired in a 6 month period. They are out there but require doggedness. Also have a 4" SB, a 3" bbl, & a new 4" bbl. I had considered building my own 3" but wasn't necessary. FYI, cost of the nickel was considerably more than the blue. What you will pay is just a measure of how bad you itch. :)

It seems like there are a bunch of nickel 3" 13-3's out there. I lucked into one on a GB auction when I wasn't looking for one and other people were not looking at it either, great guns!

Just won an auction for that same model yesterday. A round butt. Excited for it to arrive. Was a grail gun for me too. Finally got one at a fair price. Everyone wants that model since they say it was the FBI's last revolver.
Can we post completed auction links?
