I would buy it at that price without too much thinking. The days of $200-250 model 15s are long gone. Once in a while, I will see one in the $300s, but not always in the best shape. Yours sounds good. Notice how I said, "Yours"?

I got my 15-2 two years ago and payed $375 for it, I think you got a real good deal.
